Courtney Watson (Head Atheltic Trainer for LA Sparks), Delisha Milson-Jones (LA Sparks)

She’s a Japanese American figure skater.  She’s known for her Biellmann spin to be one of the best, while having a graceful, fluid, lyrical and enchanting skating style.  She’s won multiple competitions, but most recently noted for her 4^th place finish at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada.

So who is she?

If you said Mirai Nagasu, you’re right!

Mirai Nagasu paid a visit to the Phiten Shop in Torrance.  She actually has been a customer of our product for some time now, before she was even on the Olympic Team.  Mirai and her mother both enjoy our products very much, and so they decided to pay us a visit to our shop.

Mirai lit up the room with not only her smile, but also with her personality.  She was very nice and humble; you wouldn’t have guessed that she was a celebrity.  You never know who will grow up to become a world class athlete.

The Seattle Phiten Store got invaded by the Cincinnati Reds!!

On Saturday, 6/19/2010, the Seattle Store was flooded with Reds Players! We had players such as Mike Leake and Aaron Harang, who mingled among employees and regular customers, treating us all with their fun conversations and down to earth kindness.  Many of the players loved our various products, purchasing all kinds or merchandise. They were as excited as we were and hope to come back to visit again soon!
