We were invited by Ms. Mariko Takahashi to demonstrate Phiten products to her students in  aerodance and maternitybic (maternity-aerobic) class.

Ms. Mariko Takahashi has taught aerobics in Japan for 16 years. When she moved to the United States, she couldn’t forget her passion for exercise and decided to teach aerobic for ready-to-be-mothers and students who want to go back in shape. Ms. Mariko emphasizes on working out regularly because it will help the blood circulation, shoulder aches, constipation, and even weight loss!
